三偏心蝶閥在雙偏心蝶盤上增加第三重錐形幾何，使閥座僅在關閉最後幾度才接觸——金屬對金屬密封、無摩擦，這正是高溫與嚴密關斷隔離所需。產品範圍涵蓋法蘭結構 DN50 至 DN500，PN10 至 PN63 / Class 150 至 Class 1500，閥體、蝶盤、壓蓋與石墨墊片為 ASTM A216 WCB，密封環 SS304+石墨，保持環與端蓋 ASTM A105，操作為蝸輪或執行器。設計依 BS 5155 / EN 593，面距依 ASME B16.5 / DIN3202 F4 / EN558-1，測試依 API 598。選型取決於金屬密封組合對管線溫度、壓力等級對設計壓力，以及法蘭面標準。

WCB 三偏心蝶閥
