What makes the TC Series sealing system zero-leakage?
The triple-offset geometry eliminates disc-seat friction entirely across the travel, and the seat is a metal-to-metal laminated seal ring in graphite over UNS31803 with hard-faced cobalt-chromium hardfacing alloy seating faces — so tight shut-off does not depend on a soft seat that temperature or fire would destroy.
