ラグ型バタフライバルブ
ラグ型バタフライバルブはボディ外周にねじ込みラグを備え、片側をフランジで切り離したまま反対側を遮断できるため、バタフライバルブの中でもデッドエンド運転や区間撤去が容易です。範囲はステンレスシリーズでDN40～DN300、PN10～PN40 / Class 150、ボディはSS316L・炭素鋼・鋳鉄・ダクタイル鋳鉄、ブッシングはPTFE、シートはEPDM/NBR/PTFE、ステムはSS410～Ni-Cu合金、ディスクはアルミブロンズ～SS316、操作はレバー・ギア・アクチュエータ。設計はAPI 609、面間はAPI 609 / MSS SP-67 / SP-68、試験はAPI 598です。選定はデッドエンド圧に対するラグ仕様、媒体に対するシート材、管径でのアクチュエータ方式がポイントです。
