ダブルオリフィス空気弁
ダブルオリフィス空気弁は1つのボディに大口径段と小口径段を組み合わせます。大口径段は配管充填時の大量空気を排出し排水時には空気を吸入、小口径段は加圧下で集まる空気溜まりを放出します。充填時と定常運転の両方で幹線配管を保護する組合せです。範囲はボディ・ボンネット・グランド・上部キャップがダクタイル鋳鉄または鋳鉄、ボールはSS304、ステムとステムナットはSS420、ガスケットはNBR、ボルト類はSS304または炭素鋼、DN80～DN200、Class 150～300またはPN16～PN40、DIN 3352製作+DIN 2501フランジ+BS 6755試験。選定は管径、充填・排水速度、PN/クラス帯に対する圧力クラスがポイントです。
