3-Way Plug Valves
Three-way plug valves port two inlets and one outlet (or the reverse) through a single plug, so a diverging or converging flow switch happens at the valve instead of in a tee of two-way isolators — useful on mixing duties, transfer-line selection and sample or flush take-offs. The range covers an execution in DN15 to DN300 rated Class 150 to 2500 and PN10 to PN420, designed to API 599 and API 6D with bodies and bonnets in WCB, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, LCB or WC6, the plug in A105+ENP or stainless grades, and a PTFE or PPL seat under graphite/PTFE packing with an SS304+graphite gasket. Face-to-face follows ASME B16.10, flanged ends ASME B16.5 and B16.47, butt-weld ends ASME B16.25, with inspection and test to API 598. Selection turns on the porting arrangement (L or T pattern), the seat materials against the media, and the pressure class and end style the loop carries.
