Scope and responsibility

This site is an industrial valve reference and quotation portal covering valve families for isolation, regulation and check service. Editorial responsibility for the published content rests with the site operator; requests and questions reach us through the contact page .

Where our technical content comes from

Specification values, material options, standards references and selection guidance on this site are built from collected public documentation of the relevant industry. Every collected source is classified into one of the categories below, and the collected evidence (source URL, an excerpt of the supporting text, and the collection date) is retained internally for every published specification field. The full collected-source index is published at /research/.

Source classWhat it isHow we use it
Manufacturer documentation Technical documentation and catalogs published by valve manufacturers Product specification fields (sizes, pressure classes, materials, end connections, operation)
Industry / professional reference Professional associations, industry publications and reference portals Selection guidance, application context and cross-checking of manufacturer values
Engineering reference Engineering handbooks and technical references General engineering context (flanges, dimensions, materials behaviour)
Application note Documentation of specific applications and installations Use-case descriptions where the application is documented by the source

Where a specification value comes from a peer supplier's published material rather than a governing standard, it is treated as supplier-reported: useful for that named product, not as an industry rule. Values that conflict between sources keep both statements with their applicable conditions rather than being silently averaged.

Evidence requirements

Standards and certification claims

Standards are cited by their published designation and scope. A standard being referenced on a product page means the collected documentation associates that product with it β€” it is not, by itself, a certification claim. Certificates, inventory, pricing and delivery terms are confirmed per quotation, not asserted from collected third-party pages.

Corrections

If a statement on this site is wrong or outdated, send us: (1) the page URL, (2) the exact statement you dispute, and (3) a supporting document or authoritative source. Use the contact page. Verified corrections are applied to the page content, and the page's "last updated" date changes only when the evidence, scope or wording of the page changes β€” a technical rebuild alone does not refresh it.

No endorsement

Sources listed in the research index and cited in our content are collected references. Citation does not imply endorsement, partnership, or that the cited publisher approves of this site. Likewise, peer manufacturer material used to document a product specification does not transfer that manufacturer's certification, warranty or performance commitments to us β€” see the privacy notice for what data this site itself collects.
