Process lines
Precision CNC Machining
CNC machining centers (DMG Mori, Mazak) across 12 production lines turn castings, forgings and bar stock into valve bodies, bonnets, balls, discs and stems — IT7–IT8 tolerance class, DN 3 to DN 2400.
Investment & Sand Casting
In-house foundry for carbon steel, stainless and alloy castings with UT/RT verification; bar stock and forging processing for forged-execution families.
Surface Treatment & Hard Facing
Sand blasting to Sa 2.5, pickling & passivation, electroplating, PTFE/rubber lining and Stellite 6/21 hard facing for seats and wear surfaces.
Assembly, Calibration & Testing
Clean assembly with torque verification, then 100% hydrostatic shell and seat testing (up to 10,000 psi), low-pressure gas testing, fire-safe and fugitive-emission test capability, cryogenic testing to −196 °C.
Supply chain & logistics
Material sourcing
Carbon steel from Baosteel, stainless from Tsingshan, nickel alloys from international suppliers — 35 approved vendors on a managed AVL with annual audits. 100% PMI on critical alloys; UT/RT on castings; full heat-number traceability from raw material to certificate.
Inventory & traceability
SAP ERP with just-in-time supply for standard components and safety stock for critical raw materials; warehouse management with barcode scanning for real-time inventory visibility.
Export logistics
Sea (FCL/LCL), air, rail (China–Europe Express) and courier shipping via established forwarders. ISPM 15 wooden crates and plywood boxes, flange faces protected, moisture-proof packing for long-distance sea transport. Full export documentation: HS classification, certificate of origin, customs assistance.

- Quality systems: ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, PED 2014/68/EU (Module H), SIL 2/3 (IEC 61508).
- Certifications held: API 6D Monogram License, API 607 fire-safe, CE Marking (PED), ABS, DNV, CRN, WRAS.
- Inspection chain: 100% PMI on critical alloys, dimensional checks, final assembly audit, shell & seat pressure tests, pre-shipment inspection.
- Traceability: unique serial number per valve linked to MTRs, test reports and inspection records.
- Documents on request: MTRs, CoC, pressure test certificates, NDT reports, O&M manuals.
