Jacketed Plug Valves
Jacketed plug valves carry a heating jacket over the valve body so line steam or thermal fluid can hold waxy, freezing or heat-sensitive media above their pour point while the plug throttles or isolates — the standard answer on bitumen, sulfur, chocolate and heavy-oil loops that would set solid in a plain casting. The range covers an execution in 1/2 to 24 inch (DN15 to DN600) rated Class 150 to 2500 and PN16 to PN420, built to API 599, API 6D, ASME B16.34 and BS 5353 with fire-safe design to API 607 and API 6FA. Bodies come in carbon steel, cast iron, ductile iron, alloy steel or stainless steel, operated by hand, gear, electric or pneumatic actuation, rated -29 to 150 °C across fresh water, sewage, sea water, air, vapor, food, pharmaceutical, oil, alkali and salt media, with NACE MR0175 noted for sour service. Flanges follow ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.47, EN 1092, DIN 2543–2547 and AS2129, face-to-face per ASME B16.10, API 6D, DIN 3202, EN 558-1, EN 12982 and ISO 5752, tested to API 598, API 6D, DIN 3230, EN 12266 and ISO 5208. Selection turns on jacket pressure and medium, the class, and the end style.

Ordering & documentation
Documents
Ask for the documentation set with the inquiry — typical items (material certificates, test reports to the listed inspection standard, dimensional drawings) are confirmed and supplied with the quotation.
Quotation
Send the medium, temperature, pressure, size and connection for a quotation-ready inquiry. Lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed at quotation, together with the documents to be supplied with the order.
Sample & supply
Supply terms, order quantities and lead time are agreed per order — state the destination country and required schedule with the inquiry.
Storage & shipping
Store valves with seats and seals protected from UV, ozone and deformation, and keep end-face protectors on until installation; storage limits and shipping arrangements for the selected materials are confirmed at quotation.
