Lubricated Plug Valves

Lubricated plug valves keep a waxed seal between plug and body: injected grease compounds follow the sealing faces, cutting operating torque and letting a tapered plug wipe clean through gritty or sticky line media. The range covers a lubricated-type execution in sizes DN15 to DN400 (1/2 to 16 inch) rated PN10 to PN420 and Class 150 to 2500, ending in RF, NPT, butt-weld or socket-weld connections and worked by manual, pneumatic or electric actuation. Bodies and bonnets come in the WCB/A105, LCB/LF2, WC6/F22 and stainless CF-series pairings, with the plug in A105+ENP or stainless grades and a PTFE or metal seat under graphite or PTFE packing. The line is built to API 6D, API 599 and MSS SP-25 and tested to API 598. Selection turns on the media-versus-trim pairing across the listed temperature bands, the pressure class, and the end connection the piping carries — with the sealant system sized for the service interval.

Ordering & documentation

Documents

Ask for the documentation set with the inquiry — typical items (material certificates, test reports to the listed inspection standard, dimensional drawings) are confirmed and supplied with the quotation.

Quotation

Send the medium, temperature, pressure, size and connection for a quotation-ready inquiry. Lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed at quotation, together with the documents to be supplied with the order.

Sample & supply

Supply terms, order quantities and lead time are agreed per order — state the destination country and required schedule with the inquiry.

Storage & shipping

Store valves with seats and seals protected from UV, ozone and deformation, and keep end-face protectors on until installation; storage limits and shipping arrangements for the selected materials are confirmed at quotation.
