Angle Control Valves

Angle control valves turn the flow path through 90 degrees inside a single body, combining the modulating trim of a globe control valve with the geometry of an angle valve — the standard choice where a drain, a high pressure drop, or an elbow-to-valve replacement is involved. The range covers DN20 to DN400 at PN 16 to PN 100 / Class 150 to Class 600, with flanged, RF, MF and RTJ end connections, WCB/WC6/CF8/CF8M bodies, SS304/SS316/cobalt-chromium hardfacing alloy seating, linear, equal-percentage and quick-open flow characteristics, Cv values from 1.6 to 690 by characteristic, metal-seal leakage grade IV and soft-seal grade VI, and face-to-face lengths from 115 mm to 475 mm across the size range. Selection turns on the pressure drop taken across the valve, seat material against the media, and the leakage grade required on metal versus soft seals.

Ordering & documentation

Documents

Ask for the documentation set with the inquiry — typical items (material certificates, test reports to the listed inspection standard, dimensional drawings) are confirmed and supplied with the quotation.

Quotation

Send the medium, temperature, pressure, size and connection for a quotation-ready inquiry. Lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed at quotation, together with the documents to be supplied with the order.

Sample & supply

Supply terms, order quantities and lead time are agreed per order — state the destination country and required schedule with the inquiry.

Storage & shipping

Store valves with seats and seals protected from UV, ozone and deformation, and keep end-face protectors on until installation; storage limits and shipping arrangements for the selected materials are confirmed at quotation.
