V 型切口球型控制閥

V 型切口球型控制閥以帶切口的扇形球節流，旋轉時切口逐步剪切閥座，在小開度保持特性化流量曲線，同時楔形切口動作切穿會堵塞截止內件的纖維與含固介質。產品範圍涵蓋 1 至 20 吋（25-500 mm）ASME Class 150 與 1 至 12 吋（25-300 mm）Class 300，殼體額定至 285-740 psi（1960-5100 kPa），溫度至 1000°F（540°C），關斷依 ANSI/FCI 70-2（金屬閥座 Class IV、增強 PTFE 閥座 Class VI、間隙閥座關閉時通過 5% 最大流量），閥體為法蘭或無法蘭的碳鋼、316 或 317 不鏽鋼或鎳鉬合金 C，執行為手輪、鏈輪、氣缸或膜片。選型取決於閥座/關斷等級對洩漏要求，以及閥體合金對介質。
