V-노치 세그먼트 컨트롤 밸브는 회전하면서 시트를 점진적으로 전단하는 노치형 분할 볼로 스로틀링하며, 글로브 트림을 막을 수 있는 섬유질 및 고형물 함유 유체를 절단하면서도 작은 개도에서 성형된 유량 곡선을 유지합니다. 범위는 1~20인치(25~500 mm)가 ASME Class 150, 1~12인치(25~300 mm)가 Class 300으로, 쉘 정격 285~740 psi(1960~5100 kPa), 최대 1000°F(540°C) 온도, ANSI/FCI 70-2 기준 차단(Class IV 메탈 시트, Class VI 보강 PTFE 시트, 닫힘 시 최대 유량의 5% 클리어런스 시트), 탄소강, 316 또는 317 스테인리스 또는 니켈-몰리브덴 합금 C의 플랜지 또는 플랜지리스 바디, 핸드휘일, 체인휘일, 실린더 또는 다이어프램 액추에이션입니다. 선정은 누출 요구에 대한 시트/차단 등급, 유체에 대한 바디 합금에 따라 결정됩니다.
