鍛鋼閘閥
鍛鋼閘閥是製程管路中的緊湊型小口徑截斷閥：在 DN50 及以下，鍛造比鑄造有更緻密的晶粒結構，因此 Class 800 至 2500 的小口徑管線規格指定鍛造閥體。系列涵蓋 DN8 至 DN50，Class 800 至 Class 2500，材質 A105、F22、F304L 與 F316L，閥座環 A276、閥桿 F6/F304/F316、石墨或 PTFE 填料，端接為對焊、承插焊或法蘭。設計與製造依 API 602、BS 5352 與 ASME B16.34，測試依 API 598；公布的尺寸表提供 Class 800 下各口徑的縮徑與全通徑孔徑、長度、高度與重量，讓選型確定前即可核對管路布置。
