Rising Stem Gate Valves

Rising stem gate valves lift the stem visibly as the wedge travels, so the open/closed position reads from outside the valve — the standard choice where above-ground installation makes position indication and stem lubrication practical. The range covers DN40 to DN600 at PN16 to PN420, with ductile-iron body, bonnet and disc and stainless stem, DIN 3352 F4/F5 design and manufacture, DIN 3202 / ISO 5752 face-to-face lengths, DIN 2501 flanged ends, DIN 3220 testing, flanged or butt-weld end connections, and handwheel, gear, electric-actuated or pneumatic-actuated operation, with a full PN16 dimension table (length, flange diameter, height, bolt pattern) from DN40 to DN600. Selection turns on the DIN face-to-face series the pipeline was built to, the pressure rating against line class, and the operating mode the site can power.

Ordering & documentation

Documents

Ask for the documentation set with the inquiry — typical items (material certificates, test reports to the listed inspection standard, dimensional drawings) are confirmed and supplied with the quotation.

Quotation

Send the medium, temperature, pressure, size and connection for a quotation-ready inquiry. Lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed at quotation, together with the documents to be supplied with the order.

Sample & supply

Supply terms, order quantities and lead time are agreed per order — state the destination country and required schedule with the inquiry.

Storage & shipping

Store valves with seats and seals protected from UV, ozone and deformation, and keep end-face protectors on until installation; storage limits and shipping arrangements for the selected materials are confirmed at quotation.
