Forged Steel Globe Valves
Forged steel globe valves use a forged, refind-grain body instead of a casting, giving the compact high-integrity isolation trim used on small-bore high-pressure lines in power, petrochemical and severe service. The range covers DN15 to DN50 at Class 800 to Class 2500, buttweld, socketweld or flanged ending, with body, disc, bonnet and gland flange across A105, F22, F304L and F316L, an F6/F304-series stem, A276 410 stem nut and A197 handwheel. Design follows API 602 / BS 5352 / ASME B16.34 with ASME B16.10 face-to-face, B16.11 socketweld, B16.5 flanged ends and API 598 testing. Selection turns on forged grade against temperature and medium, pressure class, and the weld, threaded or flanged end the line requires.

Ordering & documentation
Documents
Ask for the documentation set with the inquiry — typical items (material certificates, test reports to the listed inspection standard, dimensional drawings) are confirmed and supplied with the quotation.
Quotation
Send the medium, temperature, pressure, size and connection for a quotation-ready inquiry. Lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed at quotation, together with the documents to be supplied with the order.
Sample & supply
Supply terms, order quantities and lead time are agreed per order — state the destination country and required schedule with the inquiry.
Storage & shipping
Store valves with seats and seals protected from UV, ozone and deformation, and keep end-face protectors on until installation; storage limits and shipping arrangements for the selected materials are confirmed at quotation.
