Industrial Valve Sourcing and Supply
Last updated: 2026-10
This is the base service behind every family page in our catalog: you describe the duty, we quote and supply the matching valve line. The catalog published on this site — 16 valve families covering isolation, throttling, check, pressure-management and filtration duties — is the working scope of what we take to quotation.
Fulfillment runs through our own production plus a managed network of outsourced manufacturing partners. That combination is why the catalog is not capped by one factory: a listed line is a deliverable line, and the work of this service is matching your requirement to the right line, edition and material — then confirming availability and price.
1. Service scope
- Quotation and supply for any of the 16 published valve families: ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly, diaphragm, needle, plug, safety, pressure-reducing, control, air-release valves, strainers, pinch, plunger and balancing valves.
- Specification matching inside each family — floating vs trunnion-mounted ball valves, bellow-seal vs standard globe, dual-plate vs swing checks — as already structured on the family and subtype pages.
- Duty-based narrowing when you are not sure which family fits: medium, pressure, temperature and function are enough to start.
- Cross-standard requirement handling: a requirement written in API/ASME terms and one written in EN/DIN/BS terms are both workable input (see the standards cross-reference).
2. Applicable conditions
- Your requirement names (or we can jointly establish) the medium, pressure and temperature range, size, quantity and destination country.
- The requirement falls within or adjacent to the published families — genuinely out-of-catalog designs are handled as build-to-spec requirements, not silent substitutions.
- Buyer-side engineering responsibility stays with you: we match and supply lines; process suitability sign-off remains with your engineer.
3. Limitations
- Catalog breadth is not stocked inventory: availability is confirmed line-by-line at quotation, never promised from the catalog.
- Prices, MOQ and lead times are not published on this site; they are confirmed in the quotation for your specific requirement.
- We quote the lines we can identify and supply. Where no line in the network matches your specification, the answer is a stated gap, not a substitution.
4. Required inputs
| Input | Detail |
|---|---|
| Duty | Medium, pressure range, temperature range, and whether the valve isolates, throttles, prevents backflow or relieves pressure. |
| Line identity | Governing standard and class if you have one (e.g. "API 600 Class 300", "DIN 3352 F4 PN16"); otherwise describe the duty. |
| Size and count | Nominal size(s) and quantity per size. |
| Materials | Body/trim material or the service conditions that drive material choice. |
| End connection | Flanged (which drilling), threaded, butt-weld or wafer/lug — flange standards do not interchange. |
| Destination | Destination country, for logistics and compliance confirmation at quotation. |
5. Deliverables
- A quotation naming the proposed line(s): family, subtype, governing standard and edition, materials, end connection and pressure class.
- Specification references pointing to the published family/subtype pages behind the quoted line, so you can verify what was quoted.
- A stated gap where no matching line exists — with the closest alternatives, if any, clearly labeled as alternatives.
6. Verified capabilities and unconfirmed boundaries
Capabilities this service can verify today:
- A published, structured catalog of 16 valve families with specified subtypes — every quote maps back to pages you can read on this site.
- Supply through own production plus outsourced manufacturing, so quoted lines are deliverable lines rather than one factory's remaining capacity.
- A working RFQ path (form and email) with a privacy notice that describes exactly what is collected.
Not yet confirmed for publication — answered at quotation, never estimated:
- MOQ, lead time tiers, stock positions, certification inventory and warranty terms are each confirmed in your quotation for your specific requirement.
7. Frequently asked questions
Can you supply every valve shown in the catalog?
Every catalog line is within our sourcing scope — own production plus outsourced manufacturing is the fulfillment model behind the catalog. What the catalog deliberately does not claim is stock or a fixed lead time: those are confirmed per requirement at quotation.
What if my requirement is not in the catalog?
Send it anyway. Requirements adjacent to the published families are taken to quotation through the same supply path as build-to-spec work. If the network genuinely cannot cover it, we tell you that plainly instead of substituting a different design.
Why are prices and lead times not on the page?
Because they move with size, material, class and quantity. A published number that does not match your requirement is worse than none — the quotation is where those numbers become true for your order.
8. Request a quotation
Send the inputs listed in section 4 — duty, standard and class (if any), size and count, materials, end connection and destination — and we reply with the matching line and price.
