Two-Piece Ball Valves
Two-piece ball valves swing a bored ball between open and closed inside a body split into a pressure-bearing main casing and a trim-carrying end piece — the bolted or threaded two-part construction lets the seat, ball and seals be serviced by removing one end, at lower cost than a three-piece body. The range covers 1/4" to 3" rated Class 800 to Class 2500, with A105/F304/F316/F304L/F316L bodies and bonnets, matching forged ball grades, PTFE/RPTFE seats with RPTFE thrust washers, SS304/SS316 stems and SS304 packing glands under PTFE packing, PVC handles, ASME B16.34 design, DIN 3202 face-to-face lengths and API 598 testing across a -20℃ to 150℃ window. Selection turns on the forged-material grade against the medium, the class rating against line pressure, and the threaded or welded end the piping takes.
