Lift Check Valves
Lift check valves raise a piston or ball straight off the seat under forward flow and let gravity seat it on reversal, giving a short, positive stroke suited to compact high-pressure lines. The range covers a flanged series at DN15 to DN300, Class 150 to Class 900 (PN16 to PN100), with bodies across carbon, low-alloy and austenitic stainless executions from WCB through CF3M, and matching bonnets in forged grades from A105 to F316L, and disc and seat-ring grades across F6a, F304L, F316L, F11 and F22. Design follows BS1868, ASME B16.34 and API 6D with ASME B16.10 face-to-face and API 598 / API 6D testing. Selection turns on pressure class, seat-pair hardness and mounting orientation.
