프레셔 시일 스윙 체크 밸브는 보닛 개스킷에 관내 압력 자체를 작용시키므로, 볼트 체결 보닛 구조로는 두꺼운 플랜지가 필요한 곳에서 전력 및 고압 공정 플랜트가 이 형식을 사용합니다. 범위는 Class 1500~Class 2500에서 DN65~DN350으로, 바디·디스크·힌지가 WCB, WC1, WC6 또는 WC9, SS316+그라파이트 개스킷의 A105/F22 시트입니다. 설계는 API 6D 및 ASME B16.34를 따르며 페이스 투 페이스는 ASME B16.10, 접속 치수는 B16.5/B16.47/B16.25입니다. 선정은 헤더 압력에 대한 등급, 스팀 온도에 대한 크롬-몰리브덴 바디 등급에 따라 결정됩니다.
